Description Partnered with a company in the Healthcare/NHS industry, Robert Half is looking to fill an Executive Assistant role for a management team. The Executive Assistant will be in charge of maintaining a wide range of administrative duties. You will have the opportunity to put your talents to the test in a challenging and friendly environment. This Executive Assistant role is located in the Columbus, Ohio area and is a long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity.
How you will make an impact
Preparing materials for presentations
Prepare reports and financial data
Educate and run other support staff and customer relations
Handle incoming calls
Arrange travel and meeting arrangements Requirements - Top-notch organizational skills, ability to multitask, an eye for detail and previous project management experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
Adeptness in Executive Meetings
Calendar Management experience
Corporate Communications experience preferred
Coordinate Travel Arrangements experience preferred
Confidentiality experience
Proficiency in Marketing Communication
Internet research skills
