Robert Half and OfficeTeam are working with a client in the downtown area seeking a part-time Front Desk Coordinator to support a busy office. The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for managing 60+ phone lines. Additional duties for the Front Desk Coordinator will include answering all incoming calls, transferring calls to the appropriate individual, and greeting clients coming into the office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience answering a multi-line phone system and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
