Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our HR team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
Maintain employee records and HRIS database
Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Conduct training sessions for employees on various HR topics
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed
Requirements
Proven work experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employment law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred
