Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a meticulous Billing/Receivables Clerk. The responsibility is to bill against grants for expenditures including administrative, project based, and capital expenditures. A highly detailed desk requiring like attention to data, back up documents, and requests for additional information. Internal and external customer service is key to success in the role. Positive busy team to join and contribute your billing/receivables expertise to.

• Accurately and efficiently processing grant payments through detailed billings • Utilize MS Excel to manage and organize data • Handle billing & follow up tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Work with aged receivables to ensure all payments are up-to-date • Manage and process government grants billing • Utilize Sage Intacct software for various financial management tasks • Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with industry regulations and standards. Requirements • Proficiency in billing and billing collection practices. • Knowledge and experience with Government Grants administration. • Advanced skills in MS Excel. • Experience in managing Aged Receivables. • Proficiency in using financial software for financial management. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to multitask and prioritize work. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Proven experience in a similar role is a plus. • Excellent time management skills
