Located in Boca Raton, FL, we are currently seeking an Associate Director of Recruiting and Talent Strategy to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: The Associate Director of Recruiting and Talent Strategy will report directly to the Executive Director of HR and will serve as a key member of our team. This role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities, including overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition and talent management. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of talent acquisition within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies, managing the entire Talent Acquisition process from recruitment to onboarding across multiple locations.

  • Ensure exceptional candidate care and customer service to primary stakeholders, maintaining a positive candidate experience.

  • Optimize recruitment activities to drive continuous improvement, providing guidance and support to recruitment staff.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

  • Implement workforce planning tools to forecast staffing plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Ensure compliance with affirmative action and employment laws, maintaining alignment with regulations at all levels.

  • Cultivate partnerships with industry organizations and universities to enhance recruitment efforts and pipeline development.

  • Support the creation and execution of talent development programs to foster employee growth and engagement.

  • Track and report on candidate pipeline status, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Actively participate in internal and external communications related to talent acquisition and talent management.

Supervisory Duties: This role will supervise 2-3 recruiting resources, providing guidance and support in executing recruitment initiatives.

Compliance Requirements: Strict adherence to FDA regulations and company policies governing sales and marketing activities is essential.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or human resources roles, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing recruiting strategies.

  • Strong understanding of affirmative action and employment laws.

  • Experience in supervising recruitment staff.

  • Proficiency in workforce planning tools and techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.

Preferred Education Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Certification in HR-related fields such as PHR or SPHR.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in high-growth companies.

  • Proven track record in designing successful recruiting strategies.

  • Experience with workforce planning and forecasting tools.
