Description INVOICING:

• Process invoices as needed and customer invoice downloads from ERP systems as requested.

• Deliver invoices to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail, portal, etc.) (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly)

• Issue customer account statements whenever requested.

• Process miscellaneous invoices (including returned checks).

• Process credit memos.

CASH APPLICATIONS:

• Receive and accurately apply payments through various methods (checks, ACH, credit card payments, etc.) after checking for credibility.

• Update accounting records (notes) with new payments, balances, customer information etc.

COLLECTIONS:

• Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.

• Initiate late payment communication to customers via email and/or phone.

• Communicate with former clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans.

• Follow-up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries. Requirements Accounts Receivable (AR), High-Volume Invoicing, Code Invoices, Cash Applications, Credit Memo, Customer communication, Customer Invoices
