Robert Half Help Desk Analyst II in Dallas, Texas
Description We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in the construction industry, based in Dallas, Texas. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with hardware and software installations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the maintenance of EO/IR systems and ensure their optimal performance.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Citrix Technologies and Database management.
• Use Lotus Notes and Microsoft tools to manage and resolve help desk requests.
• Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and grant necessary permissions.
• Provide deskside support to users, ensuring minimum downtime and loss of productivity.
• Assist with the management of computer hardware and ensure all systems are working optimally.
• Work closely with the team to implement configuration management processes.
• Provide desktop hardware support, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware-related issues.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve IT-related issues. Requirements • Proficient in Citrix Technologies
• Ability to work with Database systems
• Knowledge of EO/IR systems
• Experience with Lotus Notes
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools
• Familiarity with Active Directory
• Understanding of Computer Hardware
• Skills in Configuration Management
• Capable of providing Deskside Support
• Experience with Desktop Hardware
• Previous experience in a Help Desk Analyst role in the construction or contractor industry
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize issues
• Willingness to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
