An LMS Coordinator is needed for a growing auto software company in North Dallas. Duties include:
Work with team members to determine initial needs and convey the requirements to the appropriate team members.
Responsible for booking and notifying all relevant parties for training using the LMS and addressing training requests.
Ultilize the LMS to schedule of training sessions, booking and notifying of all relevant parties.
Sending out appropriate pre-course information to delegates/managers in advance of training courses.
Reviewing training requests as they are submitted and assisting the team members in conducting training needs assessments.
Recording training attendance, keeping training records and files up to date, filing forms, running standard and custom training reports as required, as well as other training admin tasks.
