Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Position Overview:

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our global operations, leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business goals and values. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee relations, to ensure we attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies

  • Oversee employee development programs, including training, career development, and performance management

  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling

  • Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international HR regulations and best practices

  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address HR needs and opportunities

    Requirements - Bachelor's degree in human resources or relevant experience

  • Ability to view issues objectively

  • PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications are preferred

  • Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution

  • Exemplary ethics, integrity, and standards

  • 5+ years in human resources

  • 1+ years of supervisory experience within human resources

  • Highly organized and self-motivated

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, compensation and wage structure

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

  • Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office

  • An understanding of the key principles of employment law and EEOC regulations

  • Knowledgeable in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
