Rural Iowa – commutable to Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls / Waterloo and Dubuque DIRECT HIRE Plant Controller position!!!!
Manufacturing Plant Controller opportunity!!! Company is experiencing significant growth and the Plant Controller can impact through guidance! This Plant Controller will have a “seat at the table” in running the company and be a key participant in developing the strategy and direction for the business and organization. Responsibility for the reporting of the daily and weekly production metrics as well as month-end closing and financial reporting that includes Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows. Our client will hire someone with at least 5 years of experience with a strong determination to drive outcomes. This collaborative team player, who leads a small team directly but larger group indirectly – ability to influence change. Plant Controller must have a BS in Accounting, CPA, CMA or MBA strongly preferred plus fit into the culture and team! Hybrid opportunity for the right individual after training, to $130K DOE
