Description We are offering an opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Delray Beach, Florida. This role primarily involves preparing documents, completing forms, and calculating fees due to the state in the telecom industry. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and complete necessary documents related to title and registration applications
• Calculate and record the fees due to the state accurately
• Maintain organized records of completed forms and documents
• Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
• Resolve any issues related to the documents or forms promptly
• Maintain a high level of organization to ensure accurate document management
• Adhere to all relevant industry regulations and standards
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate effectively with other team members and stakeholders to ensure all tasks are completed on time. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Basic understanding of databases
• Strong typing speed and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures or job duties
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as required
