Robert Half Finance & Accounting Customer Service Representative in Delta, British Columbia

Permanent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative with a leading food manufacturer in Delta. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service this role is responsible for taking customers calls, managing accounts, entering orders into an ERP system, following through internally with respect to production planning, pricing, and shipping/logistical coordination. In addition this role responds to inquiries pertaining to billing, short shipments, pricing, and credits.
