Permanent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative with a leading food manufacturer in Delta. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service this role is responsible for taking customers calls, managing accounts, entering orders into an ERP system, following through internally with respect to production planning, pricing, and shipping/logistical coordination. In addition this role responds to inquiries pertaining to billing, short shipments, pricing, and credits.

Requirements: This is a key role requiring at least 5 years of experience within manufacturing. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, excellent customer service skills, and excellent follow through and attention to detail are key for this role. Experience with Navision or a similar ERP system are required as are advanced Excel skills.
