Description
Robet Half is partnering with a growing financial services client on a HRIS and Analysis Administrator opening. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making. The candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and analytics, coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of the UKG platform. The HRIS and Analysis Administrator's responsibilities will include:
HRIS Management:
Administer and maintain the People HRIS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any system issues.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
UKG Expertise:
Utilize in-depth knowledge of UKG to configure, customize, and optimize the system to meet organizational requirements.
Stay abreast of updates and new features in UKG, implementing changes as needed to enhance system functionality.
Provide training and support to HR and other relevant teams on effectively utilizing the UKG platform.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Generate and analyze HR data reports to extract meaningful insights for decision-making.
Design and develop customized reports using UKG tools to meet the specific needs of various stakeholders.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR data and present findings to inform strategic business decisions.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements within HRIS and related workflows.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and streamline HR processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HRIS Administrator with a focus on UKG systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
