Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the Internet Service Provider industry, located in Denver, Colorado. As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary function will be processing and entering data from various sources into our billing systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and enter data from sales contracts into our billing systems.

• Handle high volume data entry tasks efficiently.

• Match information from PDFs with relevant data and input into the billing system.

• Generate and process some manual invoices as required.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform additional duties related to data entry and billing as assigned.

• Utilize your skills in data entry and familiarity with PDF and Billing systems to ensure efficient operations.

• Ensure all customer details are accurately captured and updated in the system.

• Resolve any discrepancies in the data entry process promptly and accurately.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure all data is processed and entered within stipulated timelines. Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role

• Proven ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

• Proficiency in using PDF software for data management

• Prior experience in billing, invoicing, or similar financial processes

• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software and systems

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
