Robert Half Paid Search Manager in Denver, Colorado

Description

Robert Half Marketing + Creative is partnering with a fast-growing digital performance agency in search of an account manager to join their Denver team. This client-facing role is squarely set in the media buying world, where the ideal candidate has a strong background in reporting and analytics, paid media strategic recommendations (specifically in search), client-facing experience, and is willing to learn and grow quickly in a fast-paced paced environment.

Salary: $70k - $90k base, 10 - 15% bonus

Work Style: Hybrid, Tues - Thur

Location: Downtown Denver

Responsibilities

  • Client management

  • Present weekly decks to clients explaining results and new tests/strategies

  • Advance client search campaigns and spends through performance and strategy development

  • Design, manage and execute large-scale paid search campaigns

  • Drive new ideas and execution to improve performance of search campaigns including account structure, platform, bid strategy, ad format, targeting, demographics, keyword expansion, landing page optimization

  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to maximize performance

  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to create unified, cross-channel campaigns

  • Track, report and analyze website analytics and campaigns

  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies

  • Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of the paid channels

    Requirements

  • Passionate about performance

  • 2-3+ years of Paid Search experience, agency-side preferable

  • Proven track record of success with search campaigns

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines

  • Experience with website and lead analytics (UTM tagging, Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Outstanding data handling and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating campaign reports
