Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Graphic Designer in DES MOINES, Iowa. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team, focusing on graphic design projects, including photography and social media content creation. The role involves the use of Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools to create and edit videos and animations.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement unique web-based layouts and designs
• Handle graphic design tasks including photography and social media content creation
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, and Illustrator for various design tasks
• Create and edit videos and animations using Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Manage and update social media graphics regularly
• Use Adobe Flash for creating interactive content for digital and mobile platforms
• Ensure all visual and graphic aspects of the website meet the organization's brand identity strategy
• Collaborate with the team to discuss and implement creative ideas
• Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in web design and incorporate them into our web design strategy
Requirements • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Web Designer
• Proficient in Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects
• Demonstrated skills in Graphic Design and Video Editing
• Ability to create engaging Social Media Content and Social Media Graphics
• Strong ability to translate user needs into visual design
• Demonstrated knowledge of website architecture, interactive design principles, web usability, and online marketing and business environments
• Ability to work effectively on a team and independently
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives effectively and efficiently while maintaining priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• High attention to detail, with a process-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated knowledge of developing cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions
