Description We are looking for a dedicated Web Developer to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role involves creating and implementing web-based products using PHP, Laravel, and other technologies. You will work closely with our design team to ensure that all visual elements are consistent and align with our technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize back-end features, third-party integrations, and APIs using PHP Laravel.

• Diligently create detailed specifications for each project.

• Collaborate with web designers to implement visual designs accurately.

• Troubleshoot complex performance issues and architectural challenges.

• Coordinate with other developers and team leads to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Ensure that all software complies with coding standards and technical design.

• Monitor and improve the performance of live applications and systems.

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

• Participate in all phases of the development life cycle, focusing on coding, testing, and debugging.

• Understand the nuances of integrating user interfaces into Laravel applications and can create frontend components with the Laravel Blade templating system. Requirements • Proven experience as a Web Developer or relevant role

• Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using design software

• Strong knowledge of PHP programming language

• Experience with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks

• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time

• Knowledge of the latest web development trends and technologies

• Understanding of layout aesthetics

• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
