Robert Half Client Services Representative in Dover, Delaware

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the bustling city of Dover, Delaware. As a Client Services Representative, you will be at the forefront of our operations, providing key administrative and technical support within our team. We cater to a diverse range of clients within the insurance industry, and your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth interactions and transactions with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient management of client files, adhering to internal standards

• Handle administrative tasks such as phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the Account Executive Team

• Organize and manage schedules, setting up meetings with clients and carriers when necessary

• Process insurance-related documents such as policies, endorsements, and audits

• Issue and manage certificates of insurance and Auto ID Cards in line with contract requirements

• Handle general client requests and confirm changes to the insurance carrier and client

• Follow up on endorsement and other requests with carrier underwriters as directed

• Prepare proposal documents and manage uploads

• Handle invoicing and billing tasks as directed

• Maintain the document management system and ensure accuracy of account data. Requirements • Proven experience in a client services representative role or similar position

• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, including insurance claims, coverage, and denials

• Familiarity with various insurance products and providers

• Ability to manage client administration tasks efficiently and effectively

• Exceptional skills in client engagement and client relations

• Superior customer service skills with a proven track record of resolving customer service issues

• Experience in the auto insurance sector is a plus

• Capable of providing high-quality service to both internal and external customers

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions

• Proficiency in using computer software and online systems

• High level of detail oriented integrity and ethics

• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills in the insurance industry.
