Description
One of our clients in the Dublin area is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a contract to permanent placement opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the full cycle of accounting activities for the company
• Conduct bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare financial statements for review by the company's management
• Handle semi-monthly payrolls
• Oversee sales tax obligations and filings
• NetSuite.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management
• Experience with Bank Reconciliations
• Familiarity with semi-Monthly Payrolls
• Knowledge of Sales Tax principles
• Proficiency in using NetSuite software
• Prior experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
• Ability to prepare and analyze Financial Statements
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Understanding of general accounting principles and financial regulations.
