A construction company in East County seeks a Payroll Administrator for a temporary role with the opportunity to go full-time. Seeking a strong payroll background with labor compliance experience within the construction industry.
Job duties will include but are not limited to processing certified payroll for 500+ employees, preparing union reports, filing Federal, State and payroll taxes, processing garnishments, benefit deductions and responding to payroll inquiries.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years prior experience processing certified payroll. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, Vista Viewpoint experience a plus
