Product Safety Admin. This position supports the Product Safety Department in duties related to the management and implantation of Big 5's Regulatory and Social Compliance programs. Providing research analytical support on a variety of safety related issues. Responsibilities: - Assumes responsibility for effectively recording and maintaining vendor product safety certification - Track and assist in resolving Prop 65 "Clear and Reasonable" warning violations - Manages day to day inquiries and compliance requests for CPSIA and Prop 65 - Obtaining pertinent certifications and documentation to facilitate compliance with various regulations - Stays informed and maintains knowledge of current regulatory laws as well as potential new regulations
