Description
An international technology and manufacturing company is seeking a new attorney for their dynamic legal team. This attorney will draft, revise, negotiate, and offer advice on a variety of contracts, including software licensing agreements, and agreements pertaining to research and development projects, emerging technologies, and various intellectual property matters.
The ideal attorney will have 3+ years of experience with software, technology, or intellectual property contracts. This attorney must be licensed in California. This attorney must be willing to work onsite 2 days/week.
