Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant. The role involves providing administrative support to the team and coordinating marketing and promotional efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing customer service support
• Format PowerPoint presentations and documents, ensuring they align with company standards and brand guidelines.
• Establish and maintain communication with board members, facilitating the exchange of information and updates.
• Manage social media platforms, updating with relevant and engaging content to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Handle data management tasks, ensuring customer information is accurately captured and updated in the CRM and databases.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, utilizing brochures and other promotional materials to effectively communicate the brand message.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
• Prior experience of at least 2 years in a Marketing Assistant role or similar
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and contribute towards achieving team goals
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new software quickly
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
