Description
Robert Half, a leading staffing agency, is currently seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our client's team on a temporary basis. With our expertise in matching skilled professionals with rewarding opportunities, we're committed to finding the perfect fit for both our clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
Support employee relations activities, including resolving conflicts and conducting investigations as needed
Assist with HR policy development and implementation
Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Provide HR support to managers and employees on various HR-related matters
Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience (2-3 years) in HR generalist or related role
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
