  • Coordinates the recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt position including but not limited to: applicant tracking, sourcing, screening, pre-employment testing, evaluation, reference checking and new hire orientation. -Coordinate and maintain FMLA, CFRA, STD and other employee benefits tracking and files in coordination with corporate benefits department, policies, and regulations. -Plan, coordinate and conduct new employee orientation including but not limited to form completion, file maintenance, employee welcome and benefits explanation. -Act as primary informational resource for employee relations activities including but not limited to LOA, tuition reimbursement, payroll, policy interpretation For consideration for this HR Assistant role, please send your current resume to sally.romero@rhmr.com.
