Description
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Receiveables Clerk to work at a prestigious company located in Encino, California. The position is 100% on site and is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have:
Must have a strong work ethic, working with up to 600 different clients and interfacing via phone and email
2-4+ years’ experience in collections
JD Edwards experience – preferred
Strong Excel skills: v-lookups, pivot tables, formulas
Positive attitude and attention to detail, a deep thinker, someone technical in accounting that will pick up fast
Construction and lien experience a huge +.
Requirements
• Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable Clerk role or similar.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential.
• Experience with Billing processes and procedures is a must.
• Proficiency in Cash Applications and Cash Collections is necessary.
• Experience in Commercial Collections is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is crucial.
• Knowledge and experience in using JD Edwards or any large ERP system is required
