A busy Eugene area company is expanding and is seeking a temporary to full time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will be the Front Desk back up and will answer multi line phones and greet walk in guests. The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will be responsible for lots of data entry mainly into MS Excel and MS Word, scheduling in MS Outlook, distributing mail, lots of mailings using mail merge, correspondence, reports and other administrative duties as assigned.
