Responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining applications. Software developers design, code, test, debug and document programs as well as support activities for the corporate systems architecture. Employees typically have in-depth knowledge of development tools and languages. Individual contributor role, clearly recognized as a content expert by peers. Employees work closely with business partners in defining requirements for system applications. Building Web Applications using CSS, HTML,ASP.Net, Webforms or MVC and Visual Studio (2012/2013/2015). Experience with secure coding and team code review. Experience with SQL Server 2008 or above. Experience with Web Technology (XML, HTML, Javascript, JQuery ) a plus. Experience writing SQL service reports a plus. Experience with Layer application, N'Tier Architecture designs a plus. Experience with Data Object Mapping (Entity Framework, LINQ to SQL) a plus. Experience using Web Services (WCF, Soap, REST) a plus. TFS experience is a plus. Experience working in a highly regulated, compliance centered, and change-controlled environment is a plus. Intermediate knowledge and skill set with database design, development and implementation a plus. Mandatory Skill Set and Qualifications Must be self-motivated and have the ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner with a minimum degree of supervision. Must have strong communication and problem solving skills. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be willing to learn and stay up to date on industry best practices, coding standards and vulnerabilities.

  • Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.

  • Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.

  • Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.

  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

  • Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.

  • Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.

  • Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance.

  • Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.

  • Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration. Required experience:
