Brand Manager

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Robert Half is seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our client’s team. This role will support expanding workload, with a special emphasis on leveraging local insights to boost community engagement and online presence. The Brand Manager will ensure that all collateral is perfectly tailored to represent brand’s voice. This role requires a hands-on approach to planning and executing community-level events, creating engaging content for social media, and managing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with creative services team to ensure timely and relevant production of marketing collateral.

  • Plan and execute community events that resonate with local Fort Worth audience, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.

  • Craft compelling content and copy for our social media channels, particularly Instagram, to boost digital presence and follower interaction.

  • Manage multiple projects efficiently from conceptualization through to execution, including creative development and production.

  • Utilize Workfront for project management to ensure a streamlined workflow and timely delivery of tasks.

  • Develop presentations using PowerPoint to communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Local Expertise: Deep understanding of Fort Worth - knowledge of local neighborhoods, key businesses, and community leaders is essential.

  • Project Management Skills: Strong capability in managing comprehensive projects from the initial brief through to final production.

  • Local Marketing Acumen: Experience with local marketing strategies, preferably involving small businesses, is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.

  • Strong familiarity with social media marketing and digital content creation.

  • Experience using Workfront and proficiency in PowerPoint are advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network effectively and build strong relationships.
