This Desktop Support Analyst position, which is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity, is located in the Franklin, Wisconsin, area. ONSITE IS REQUIRED
Your responsibilities in this role
Settle computer problems, and offer suggestions on appropriate action/solutions
Give support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
Support records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
Retain, investigate, and restore computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
Deliver computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
Communicate regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
Requirements - Earlier work involving PowerShell
Good understanding of Apple iOS
Previous experience working with Android OS
Solid understanding of Comptia A+
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) experience required
Microsoft Windows experience preferred
Adeptness in VMware
Background working with T-SQL
General familiarity with Mobile Device Support
Desktop Imaging experience
Practical knowledge of MS Windows 10
Microsoft Exchange experience highly preferred
Proficiency in Application Deployments
Demonstrated knowledge of Mobile Device Management
2+ years of desktop support or other related experience
Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
