Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant. This role provides an opportunity to utilize and develop skills in cloud technologies, CRM, database management, and project management.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project plans related to agricultural processes and operations
• Utilize cloud technologies, CRM, and databases to manage projects and track progress
• Oversee budget processes and ensure financial efficiency in project execution
• Coordinate the migration and implementation of new applications, including D365, SAS, and AS400
• Manage software development processes, ensuring deliverables are met according to schedule
• Utilize 3D gaming technology in the development of agricultural systems and processes
• Develop and implement migration strategies and plans for organizational data and systems
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to communicate project status and address concerns
• Oversee risk and change management processes within the projects
• Maintain organizational capabilities and ensure the efficient use of resources in project execution.
Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant role within the Agriculture industry
• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, CRM, and Database management
• Experience with Budget Processes and Deliverable tracking
• Knowledge of D365, SAS, AS400, and Application migration
• Familiarity with 3D Gaming, Migration Planning, Migration programs, and Migration Strategy
• Proven track record in Full Software Development, Software Development, and Software Development Methodologies
• Proficiency in one or more Programming Languages
• Ability to create and interpret Flow Charts
• Experience working with Microsoft suite of products
• Strong Data Interpretation skills
• Demonstrated Organizational capabilities
• PMP Certification is highly desirable
• Proven experience in facilitating Stakeholder meetings
• Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Risk Management practices
• Experience in Change Management is a plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
