If so, this full-time, long-term opportunity as a Full-Cycle Recruiter at a local Goleta non-profit could be your perfect fit!

In this impactful role, you'll play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our mission. You'll be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from:

• Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels.

• Crafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.

• Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.

• Evaluating candidate profiles and making hiring recommendations.

• Contributing to recruiting analysis and strategy to improve retention and onboarding success.

To be successful, you'll possess:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.

• Excellent sourcing skills and experience utilizing various online and offline resources.

• Proven ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates.

• A passion for non-profit work and a desire to make a positive impact.

  Requirements

• Non-profit experience preferred, specifically in behavioral health

• At least 2 years of recruiting/HR experience

• At least 3 years in an administrative field

• Recruiting platform experience such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other HRIS databases

• Customer service skills
