The Financial Reporting Analyst will perform all or some of the following job description: Research/identify and provide input to the design of key business intelligence and reporting metrics via Crystal Reports

  • Assist all departments in producing data in a variety of formats including electronic files, reports, or spreadsheets to maximize efficiency using various reporting tools

  • Ad hoc requests, reporting, and projects.

  • Maintain current Business Objects reporting systems

  • Assist management with maintaining and validating data in Elite Accounting systems Ideal candidate must:

  • communicate effectively, work independently, be organized, and document accurately;

  • Communicate with principals, staff, and clients regarding billing issues;

  • Produce, review, and transmit electronic bills to clients and billing authorities.

  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Must be well-organized, capable both of planning work commitments, task prioritization, meeting deadlines, and dealing with peaks of activity and unexpected events Additional skills and specialties (not required, but definitely a plus) Experience in a legal environment Experience with the Elite accounting system Electronic billing (especially in a legal environment) Expertise in programming languages other than SQL queries
