Description
Robert Half has partnered with a service-based organization in Greenwood Village in search of an Accounting Manager! The Accounting Manager position is paying $70,000-$90,000 + bonus!
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:
Assist in the month end closing and financial reporting process including account analysis and reconciliation
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
Assist in preparation of annual budgets
Prepare monthly operational reports
Manage daily accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
Responsible for managing accounting functions in the company’s proprietary software system
Liaison with point-of-sale, accounting software, and other system vendors and consultants
Manage and Monitor Accounting shared email box
Manage and oversee Bi-monthly Inspector Payment Runs
Understand accounting laws and regulations
Assist in special projects as necessary
Requirements for the Accounting Manager include:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
4+ years of accounting experience
QuickBooks experience is nice to have, but not required
