Robert Half Vendor Coordinator in Greenwood Village, Colorado
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the professional services industry. This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado, United States. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing vendor maintenance and disbursements of payments, as well as IRS compliance related to tin matching.
Responsibilities:
• Set up vendors, ensuring an average of 10-20 are set up daily
• Handle disbursements of payments in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicate with vendors regarding changes to remit
• Make phone calls to vendors when additional information is required for maintenance and set-up in ERP Oracle
• Ensure IRS compliance related to tin matching, training will be provided if necessary
• Utilize your background in vendor maintenance and management
• Utilize your knowledge of w8 and w9s
• Leverage your experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle, GP, Netsuite, SAP, etc.
• Conduct auditing tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Handle accounts payable duties efficiently and accurately. Requirements • Possess proficiency in Auditing and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Demonstrated ability to handle accounts payable functions
• Familiarity with professional services industry
• Proven experience in handling invoice processing
• Excellent skills in verifying and reconciling invoices
• Ability to prepare and maintain financial reports
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of standard accounting principles and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
