Key responsibilities

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

• Work with clients and correspond with opposing counsel Requirements - Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• First-rate academic credentials and references

• Proven knowledge of Wills

• Revocable Trusts experience

• Trusts and Estates experience

• Foundational knowledge in Special Needs Trusts

• Well-founded grasp of Probate & Estate Administration

• Trust operations experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of Licensed Attorney

• Licensed attorney with 3+ years of experience
