Description
As a Database Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing data, answering ad-hoc business questions, and developing reports and KPIs to support decision-making and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:
Use SQL to query and analyze data from various databases and sources.
Answer ad-hoc business questions by analyzing data and providing insights to stakeholders.
Develop ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support business needs and decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.
Work independently to gather, analyze, and interpret data, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Utilize SAS and PowerBI to visualize data and create interactive dashboards and reports.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security, following best practices and protocols.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in database management and analytics.

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and analyze large datasets.
Experience in building ad-hoc reports and developing KPIs to track business performance.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in SAS and/or PowerBI for data visualization and reporting is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
