What you will do: Amplify your AWS support while growing your infrastructure skills Spend every day troubleshooting and solving technical problems for developers working on the AWS platform in both Linux and UNIX environments via phone, email, chat and ticketing systems (JIRA/Confluence.) You will own on-boarding for new users and will train and teach them how to best leverage the AWS platform. You will also be able to work on various infrastructure evolution tasks such as setting up new services, creating automated tests to ensure the environment is up and running. You will excel in this role if you have: An instinct for troubleshooting and the inability to give up (at least until the problem is solved) An eagerness to learn new tools and technologies Desire to grow your career and take your infrastructure skills to the next level The ability to communicate with just about anyone in a language they understand. (This is a user-facing role and you will be working with a highly technical team.)

Requirements: What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have) 2-5 years of experience in a help desk support role with in-depth user/customer interaction. Hands on experience supporting a cloud platform, with AWS being preferred. If no hands-on experience, you should have a strong understanding and familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service. Ability to understand and experience explaining technical subject matter to non-technical and highly technical audiences. Hands on experience and in-depth knowledge of Linux and UNIX operating environments. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think analytically and logically.
