Robert Half Office Team Customer Service Specialist in Houston, Texas

One of our clients, a company in the Galleria area that supplies natural health products, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. This individual will be responding to customer/client inquiries via phone, email and online chat communication channels. Majority of communication will be inbound inquiries, as there is no cold-calling in this position. This requires a thorough knowledge of our products and recommended protocols (training will be provided), along with all the skills you would expect:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • The ability to identify customer needs.

  • Computer proficiency with Office and Google.

  • Typing accuracy.

  • The ability to efficiently shift between tasks.

  • Assist customers with the placement of orders, exchanges, or refunds.

  • Help with complaints, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.

  • Learn as much as possible about the products we make and sell.

  • Greet and follow up with customers.

  • Setup and manage domestic and international customer accounts.

  • Ensure proper customer service is being delivered at all times.

  • Most importantly, a practiced caring attitude that assists you to provide our valued customers with the best products and information Candidates must have open availability, as there will be occasional overtime and Saturday shifts beginning in 2017.
