Executive Assistant for Financial Services Industry Our client is experiencing growth in their company. They are a fast paced, professional services looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to their executive and associates. The Executive Assistant' responsibilities will include scheduling, maintaining calendars, preparing and editing correspondence, and presentations. Primary Responsibilities - Performing a wide variety of administrative and support duties on behalf of the Sr. Vice President -Attend various meetings at VP's request -Prepare timesheets and vacation requests for project teams. -Prepare and submit electronic expense reports for project team. --Reconcile petty cash fund and credit cards. -Managing office supplies, Answering the phones, Purchasing, and some Bookkeeping. Requirements - Proven ability to perform at an Executive Assistant level - Financial Services Industry - Demonstrated ability to work well with all levels of internal management, clients and employees - Experience working for rapidly growing company is preferred - Ability to think strategically - Proactive - take initiative - Be flexible, enthusiastic and comfortable in a high-energy and ever-changing work environment.
