Your responsibilities in this role
Manage incoming calls
Produce reports and financial data
Prepping for presentations
Coach and be responsible for other support staff and customer relations
Plan travel and meeting arrangements Requirements - Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Computer Databases experience preferred
Database management experience
Microsoft Word experience desired
Deep understanding of Catering
Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask, an eye for detail and previous project management experience
