Audit: Robert Half Management Resources is looking for talented business professionals with experience in audit (financial, operational or IT), SOX and compliance to join our Southern California practice. As a full-time, salaried professional with RHMR, you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects that will make a positive impact on their ability to do business.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: An undergraduate degree in accounting or finance CPA, CIA or CISA designations highly desirable Previous experience in a Big 4 or large regional accounting firm Detailed audit program preparation, risk assessment, integrated audit approach (AS5), and evaluation of internal controls Diverse industry experience Full-Cycle Sarbanes-Oxley planning, documentation and testing experience Experience with internal controls evaluation, COSO, ITGC, COBIT and SOX 404 requirements including all phases of planning, evaluation, documentation, testing and remediation Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams in a matrix organizational structure We offer very competitive compensation, including a comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, paid personal time off, professional development and certification courses.
