OfficeTeam currently is looking for an articulate Bi-Lingual Account Coordinator to join a specialized manufacturing organization in the Irvine area. The Account Coordinator will work directly with the sales and marketing teams. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties under the umbrella of customer service, sales, and marketing. The Account Coordinator responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: -Maintaining relationships with accounts -Processing orders and up-selling products -Creating strategic partnerships with customers -Fielding customer correspondence -Coordinating with internal teams in processing orders -Entering orders into Fishbowl and Salesforce -Administrative work as assigned
