A well-respected boutique law firm in Irvine, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in all aspects of complex litigation matters, from pre-trial discovery to trial preparation and court filings.
Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
Assist attorneys with drafting and responding to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production of documents, and requests for admissions.
Organize, prepare, and manage electronic discovery (eDiscovery) productions in Relativity.
Draft and file various court documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Prepare and organize witness files and exhibits for depositions and trial.
Assist attorneys during depositions, mediations, and trials, including depo summaries and page line summaries.
Maintain meticulous case files and ensure efficient case management systems.
Calendar deadlines, hearings, and meetings; manage attorney and client communication.
Pay is contingent upon fluency and years of experience with the duties above.

Requirements
Ability to commute to Irvine at least 3x/week. This is not a remote role.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm setting, ideally with defense-side experience.
Proven experience with discovery and trial preparation.
Strong understanding of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and California state court rules.
Proficiency in legal document management software (Clio, iManage, etc.).
