OfficeTeam is working with a growing cosmetic company that offers an upbeat company culture in identifying an articulate Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will sit in a small customer service department. The Customer Service Representative will coordinate with multiple internal departments on a daily basis such as sales and warehouse. The Customer Service Representative responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: - Fielding phone calls inbound and outbound - Fielding internal and external customer correspondence - Accurate order entry - Problem solve and ability to manage escalated issues - Process order paperwork - Maintain customer database by entering any new and updated account information - Generate reports for the sales team - Coordinate with multiple departments
