They are currently try to fill the position permanently. Anyone who fills the interim position will be able to apply for the permanent position. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for the following: * Supporting 160 end users, including C- Level * Boots on the ground * Customer Service * IT Generalist * Exp with: Windows 7, AD, Office 365, IPad/ IPhone, Service Now, ITIL * Will have to travel to Fort Worth location 1-2 a month if necessary
