Requirements: Responsibilities: Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain the organizations servers, workstations, and database. Resolve network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment and offer technical assistance to users. Develop network backup solutions for servers and workstations including disaster recovery and data storage. Act as primary point of contact for resolving IT problems and Technical assistance to users. Manage user accounts and shared accounts on the network and applications. Assist in managing network resources, including video conferencing, printers, servers, PCs, switches, etc. Troubleshoot connectivity and user issues on printers, workstations, scanners, and software packages, both locally and remote Setup access to systems, software and operating systems Remove access to systems, software and operating systems Walk customer through problem-solving process Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software Windows 7 experience Active Directory maintenance
