Description Grow your legal career as a highly-skilled and motivated Contract Administrator for a progressive company in the Manufacturing industry. The permanent Contract Administrator job is located in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Major responsibilities
Run reports from within the contracts database on an as-needed basis
Compromise with clients on terms of agreements
Handle both internal and external requests for status of contracts
Facilitate and track the approval and execution process
Prepare contractual provisions and administering contract proposals
Examine contracts to ensure completeness
Head the entire life cycle of company contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)
Handle contract execution processes
Implement company contract execution policy and procedures
Add contract details into company database
Produce and preserve contracts database Requirements - Highly professional and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
Special organizational skills to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates and other contractual deadlines
Comprehensive knowledge of contract administration
Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines
Eagerness to learn quickly
Relevant experience in the specific field or related area
Strong knowledge of diverse computer applications
