In this role, the Junior Loan officer will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, and customer service. No prior experience in the industry is required! The duties of the Junior Loan Officer can include, but are not limited to: - Answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls - Prospecting new clients - Performing data entry of customer account information - Generating leads - Providing solutions to customer inquiries
